James E. D’Astolfo is a Registered Nurse and provides counselling (psychotherapy) , Cognitive Rehabilitation services, Medical Legal assessments, home safety assessments, and Case Management services. James see patients with general anxiety, brain injuries, chronic pain, general pain issues, concussion symptoms, learning disabilities, ADD, ADHD and helping patients to cope better with activities of daily living.

Appointments are booked by our front desk staff by calling the clinic direct and appointments are done online or by phone.

Assessment services can be done in person or online depending on the assessment.

Counselling (psychotherapy) / Cognitive rehabilitation can by covered by extended health care insurance under Psychotherapy done by a Registered Nurse, or covered under a MVA or WSIB claim.

Home safety assessments can be covered by extended health care insurance under Nursing Services.
