Yoga Instructor - Eva is a certified Nutritionist, Holistic Health Consultant as well as a Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and Fitness instructor. She is also a teacher of Thai Massage as well as Trigger Point and Neuromuscular Alignment. She is a huge advocate for Yoga as she believes it to be one of the best Holistic Therapies and a daily anti-aging practice. More importantly, Yoga helped her to overcome life-long anxiety and a period of chronic fatigue. Eva is passionate about teaching Holistic Health and offers alternative solutions to healing chronic ailments as well as transforming one's life.
